Service Description

After a pre-class assessment/consult, your trainer will create a six week program based around you and your goals. The best part about this class is you will have access to a personal trainer in a group setting. Specific goals and all levels welcomed!

Cancellation Policy

If you should cancel or no-show a booked class/appointment 12 hours or less before the class/appointment start time, there will be an automatic $15 fee charge applied to the card on file. If no card on file, you will be invoiced the $15 fee and it would need to be settled before your next class booking.
