BODY. was created to provide a fitness offering that is and feels inclusive to every BODY. BODY.'s small group fitness classes, outdoor bootcamps, personal training & 1:1 mobility sessions are for all ages, all fitness levels, all genders, all orientations, all backgrounds and all 
BODY. types.

My name is Daivya and BODY. represents the passion I have for working with the community in obtaining healthier lifestyles in an inclusive space. While educating and motivating clients to acquire/incorporate new lifestyle changes is motivating within itself, the ultimate motivator is knowing the hard work inside the the gym creates a better quality of life outside of the gym. Exercise is a science and should be approached like one. Everyone requires different methods in training, so over the last 9 years I've become well versed in creating solid program designs that yield positive client results. As a previous collegiate athlete, current health coach and proud owner of BODY. , I'm mindful of the hard work it takes to get to the next level, which is why I've taken the liberty to become a multifaceted fitness trainer acquiring specialties that include:
