Service Description

BODY. personal training puts an emphasis on individualized programing that focuses on the clients specific goals and timelines. All programs are created by the trainer & the client to ensure client goals are met while highlighting the correction of muscle compensation patterns, posture/structural deviations while performing safe and effective exercises. As a trainer, my approach has always been to be transparent in all programming to instill confidence in my clients. You, as the client, will know what you're doing and why you're doing it. I vow to meet you where you are in your journey and guide you in the direction of the highest quality of life through healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes through different health and wellness practices.


Cancellation Policy

If you should cancel or no-show a booked class/appointment 12 hours or less before the class/appointment start time, there will be an automatic $15 late fee charge applied to the card on file. If no card on file, you will be invoiced the $15 late fee and it would need to be settled before your next class booking.
