Service Description
Core Strength is designed to keep the pace with upbeat music and instructor lead exercises for 30 minutes straight. The goal of this class is to increase core strength, build a better posture, help prevent low back pain and deter movement compensation patterns. Modifications provided to those with limitations and progressions provided to those who need an extra challenge!

Cancellation Policy
If you should cancel or no-show a booked class/appointment 12 hours or less before the class/appointment start time, there will be an automatic $15 late fee charge applied to the card on file. If no card on file, you will be invoiced the $15 late fee and it would need to be settled before your next class booking.
