Service Description

This class is dedicated to the bells & bands. A lifting/muscle endurance class that incorporates barBELLS, dumbBELLS, kettleBELLS and resistance BANDS in a circuit style format. Each class will be dedicated to specific muscle groups with full instruction (if needed) in learning specific lifting technique for each bell to prevent injury, and increase potential lean muscle tissue build in a controlled lifting environment. Each Bells & Bands class will have a limited number of participants to ensure a high level of personalized attention.

Cancellation Policy

If you should cancel or no-show a booked class/appointment 12 hours or less before the class/appointment start time, there will be an automatic $15 late fee charge applied to the card on file. If no card on file, you will be invoiced the $15 late fee and it would need to be settled before your next class booking.
